All videos are instead embedded to HookedOnHypnosis.com from video sharing websites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Metacafe, AnimePlus.tv, YourUpload, and other 3rd party websites. We do not support the distribution of illegal and copyrighted content.
We simply act as an index of embedded videos from video sharing websites and work the same way as Google, Yahoo, or any other index does. Our goal is to support the Hypnosis industry/community and to provide more exposure to the ongoing and rapidly growing fan-base so that they may go and purchase the original/official products and services from their official representatives.
HookedOnHypnosis.com does not upload any illegal or copyrighted content to any of the above sites or any other video sharing sites, nor do we encourage others to do so. All of our videos (database of indexed embedded codes) are streamed from other websites.
HookedOnHypnosis.com is an online service provider as defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We take copyright violation very seriously and will vigorously protect the rights of legal copyright owners.
If you are the copyright owner of content which appears on HookedOnHypnosis.com and you did not authorize the use of said content you must notify us in writing in order for us to identify the allegedly infringing content and take action.
We will be unable to take any action if you do not provide us with the required information, so please fill out all fields accurately and completely. You may make a written notice via e-mail as listed below.
Your written notice must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
