after entering the trance.

to be at your best. Such as for meetings or performances. Just
start entering the trance knowing this is your goal, it will help you
be more clear minded and powerful.
Know that trance does take a bit of practice, the newer you are to it, the gentler the trance state you enter will be, and thats okay!
